Our online application forms are below with a download option to print/ post.
There is a PayPal link at the bottom of each application form. The link will only appear on your form after you have CLICKED THE SUBMIT button on your form. Before we can process your application, you need to send us the following:-
Completed application form: using one of our online application forms below (or download to print and post).
Membership fee: using one of the payment options below (don’t forget to add the postage to your fee if you’re not collecting or sending us a SAE).
£25 one-off admin fee: If you are a new memberOR a lapsed member, you need to add the £25 one-off admin fee to the membership fee (‘lapsed member’ means you have been a member but you did not renew your membership within 6 months of its expiry date (see inside cover of your membership book) so you are classed as a 'new member’ and must pay the £25.00 admin fee again).
Paying by Paypal: The PayPal link will only appear on your membership application formafter you have clicked the submit button on your form.
Paying by credit / debit card: The PayPal page has an option to pay by debit / credit card and you do not need a PayPal account – The PayPal link will only appear on your membership application form after you have clicked the submit button on your form. To pay, click 'check out - pay without a PayPal account'.
Paying by cheque or postal order: Please make cheques / PO’s payable to ‘Holme Pit Action Group’) - sorry we do not accept cash.
A recent photo / selfie of your head and shoulders (to go in your membership book): You can upload your photo using the ‘Upload Photo File’ at the bottom of the online form or email it to [email protected] - for postal applications, please write your name on your photo and post it with your application form to the address below - please note, a photo of a photo will not be accepted and your application will be delayed.
Postage: To pay the postage (£2.00 and we provide the stamp and envelope), please select 'Pay Postage' on the PayPal payment page - The PayPal link will only appear on your membership application form after you have clicked the submit button on your form. Or add the £2.00 postage onto your cheque / postal order total. Or you can send us a stamped addressed envelope. Or you can collect your membership book (please see details below).
When you have completed your application formYOU MUST CLICK THE 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the form and you will see 'Thank you. Your information has been submitted' - if you do not see this, your application has not been sent to us, and we cannot process it.
There is a Waiting List for Holme Pit and to be eligible you need to be an existing member of the River and / or Dunkirk Pond. Further information hereNew Members Application Form.
Upgrading / adding to your current membership option(s): For example, if you are an existing River member and want to add Holme Pit and / or Dunkirk Pond to your membership, see instructions / how to do it here Upgrading your Membership.
Membership for juniors under 16 runs until their 16th birthday, so no need to reapply each year. When they turn 16, they should reapply within 6 months of their birthday, or they will be classed as a ‘new member’ / ‘lapsed member’ and will need to pay the £25 admin fee.

Gate Codes are issued when you’ve received your book(you do not need a code for Dunkirk Pond). When you’ve received your book, to get the codes, please text 07976 794880 with your full name and membership book number (so we know who you are).
Gate codes are not automatically issued to junior members (under 18’s). Should you and / or your parent / guardian require vehicle access, please contact us before planning your fishing trip. Issuing codes is strictly at the discretion of TVA.

You should receive your membership book within 7 days of submitting your application so long as we receive a completed application form (if you’re 16 or over) or a junior application / consent form (for under 18’s) your fee(s), £2 postage (if not collecting) and your photo). If collecting, you will receive a text / email when its ready. To collect, please phone / text 07976 794880.
