BEFORE APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP PLEASE READ THE MEMBERSHIP RULES AND YOUR CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
For new membership applications and membership renewals you can either use the online application form or you can print an application form using the Download File above and post to the address below.
Gate Codes are issued when you have received your Membership Book (you do not need a code for Dunkirk Pond). When you receive your membership book, to get the codes, please text 07976 794880 with your full name and Membership Book number (so we know who you are).

Before we can process your application, we need to receive the following:-
Your Membership Book will be posted to the address on your application form or will be ready to collect within 7 days of receiving your application (as long as we receive the application form, your photo (new members only) and all payments). In the unlikely event that you haven't received your membership book by post or an email / text to say its ready to collect within 7 days please email [email protected] or call / text 07976 794880. You are not a member until you receive your membership book. If you lose or damage your membership book the first replacement is free, any subsequent books will cost £5.00.

- Completed TVA membership application form: using the Online Membership Application forms - click here for Renewing Members Online Application Form or click here for New Members Online Application Form or click here to print a paper copy and post to the address below
- Passport sized photo: You can either upload your photo using the Online Membership Application forms (no need to send a photo if you are renewing member - unless you have changed significantly since your last photo! Alternatively, you can send your photo with your paper application form or email it as a .jpeg attachment to [email protected]
- Payment (click here for membership prices): you can pay by PayPal using the PayPal link at the bottom of the Online Membership Application forms. You can also pay by credit/debit card using the PayPal page by clicking on the 'check out - pay without a PayPal account' button on the PayPal check out page, or you can pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to ‘Holme Pit Action Group’) - sorry we do not accept cash
- Administration fee (this is a "one off" £20 fee): applies to all new members and lapsed members (if you were not a member last season or your membership expired over 6 months ago, you are classed as a 'new member' and have to pay a £20.00 administration fee again)
- A stamped addressed envelope: if you prefer, you can pay an extra £1.50 and we'll supply the envelope and stamp. To pay, please select the 'Stamp Addressed Exemption' button on the PayPal payment page (the PayPal link is at the bottom of the Online Membership Application form pages) or add the £1.50 onto your cheque/postal order total.
