For new membership applications or to renew your membership you can either use the online application form or you can print an application form using the Download File above and post to the address below.

Before we can process your application, we need to receive the following:-
Passport sized photo: You can either upload your photo using the Online Membership Application form pages (no need to send a photo if you are renewing member (unless you have changed significantly since your last photo). Alternatively, you can send your photo with your paper application form or email it as a .jpeg attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment: (click here for membership prices): you can pay by PayPal using the PayPal link at the bottom of the Online Membership Application form pages. You can also pay by credit/debit card using the PayPal page by clicking on the 'check out - pay without a PayPal account' button on the PayPal check out page) or you can pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to ‘Holme Pit Action Group’) - sorry we do not accept cash
Administration fee (this is a "one off" £20 fee): applies to all new members and lapsed members (if you were not a member last season you are classed as a 'new member" and have to pay a £20.00 administration fee)
A stamped addressed envelope: if you prefer, you can pay an extra £1.50 and we'll supply an envelope and stamp. To pay, please select the 'Stamp Addressed Exemption' button on the PayPal payment page (the PayPal link is at the bottom of the Online Membership Application form pages) or add the £1.50 onto your cheque/postal order total.
