If you are a renewing member (i.e. you were a member last season / last year), or you were a junior member last season / last year and want to rejoin now that you are over 18, you need to use the renewing membership application page - click here for the renewing membership application form page.
If this is the first time you are applying you can either complete the online application form here New Members Online Application Form or you can print a copy of the application form here and post it to the address below.
There is a waiting list for Holme Pit.
- To be eligible for the waiting list you must be an existing TVA member (i.e. you must be an existing member of the River and/or Dunkirk Pond).

When you have completed the online membership application form YOU MUST CLICK the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the form. When you click submit you should see the "Thank You" page - if you do not see this message your application has not been sent to us and we cannot process it.
Please note: if you pay by PayPal you still need to complete the membership application form below and upload your photo (or post your membership application form and photo to the address below)
Before we can process your application, please provide all the following:
- A completed membership application form (either online or by post)
- Membership fee (click here for current prices): You can pay by PayPal - the link is visible once you have pressed the submit button or by cheque/postal order made payable to 'HOLME PIT ACTION GROUP' (please write your name on the back).
- Paying by credit / debit card: You do not need a PayPal account to pay using the PayPal page - you can pay by credit/debit card by clicking on the 'check out - pay without a PayPal account' button which you'll find on the PayPal check out page. Click the PayPal link which is visible once you have pressed the submit button - don't forget, you still need to complete and submit your membership application form and photo or post them to the address below.
- A passport photo. You can upload your photo using the "Upload Photo File" at the bottom of the online form or you can email your photo to [email protected] - for postal applications, please write your name on your photo and post it with your application form to the address below - PLEASE NOTE A PHOTO OF A PHOTO IS NOT OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY TO BE REPRODUCED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP BOOK AND YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL WE RECEIVE AN ORIGINAL PHOTO OF YOUR HEAD AND SHOULDERS - IF YOU CAN TAKE A PHOTO OF A PHOTO YOU CAN TAKE A PHOTO OF YOURSELF!
- A self addressed stamped envelope - or you can pay an extra £1.50 using the PayPal page (link at the bottom of this page) and we will provide this for you (click the option to pay £1.50 on the PayPal payment page)

Your Membership Book will be posted to the address on your application form or you can collect it from the address below. To collect, please call 07976 794880. Please allow up to 7 days to process your application.
