If you are a renewing your membership you can either complete the online renewing membership application form here Renewing Members Online Application Form or print a copy here and post it to the address below.
There is a waiting list for Holme Pit.

When you have completed the online membership application form YOU MUST CLICK the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the form. When you click submit you should see the following message 'Thank you. Your information has been submitted.' - if you do not see this message your application has not been sent to us and we cannot process it.

- To be eligible for the waiting list you must be an existing TVA member (i.e. you must be an existing member of the River and/or Dunkirk Pond).

- If you are an existing member of Holme Pit, you must renew your membership within 7 days of the expiry date or your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

- Membership fee (for current prices click here): You can pay using PAYPAL - the payment link is visible once you have pressed the submit button or by cheque/postal order made payable to 'HOLME PIT ACTION GROUP' (Please write your name on the back and send your application to the address below)
- Paying by credit / debit card: You do not need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal - you pay by credit/debit card by clicking on the 'check out - pay without a PayPal account' button on the PayPal check out page. The PayPal link option is visible once you have pressed the submit button
- 1 passport photo. You can upload your photo using the "Upload Photo File" at the bottom of the online form or email your photo to [email protected] - for postal applications, please write your name on your photo and post it with your application form to the address below - PLEASE NOTE A PHOTO OF A PHOTO IS NOT OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY TO BE REPRODUCED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP BOOK AND YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL WE RECEIVE AN ORIGINAL PHOTO OF YOUR HEAD AND SHOULDERS - IF YOU CAN TAKE A PHOTO OF A PHOTO YOU CAN TAKE A PHOTO OF YOURSELF!
- A self addressed envelope with a stamp - or you can pay an extra £1.50 using PayPal (link visible once you have pressed submit) and we will provide this for you
