If you are a renewing member you can either complete the online renewing membership application form below or you can print a copy of the application formhere and post it to the address below.

When you have completed the membership application form, YOU MUST CLICK the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the form. When you click submit you should see the following message 'Thank you. Your information has been submitted.' - if you do not see this message we have not received your information and we cannot process your application. Please note: if you pay using PayPal you still need to complete the membership application form below and upload your photo (or post your application form and photo to the address below)
Before we can process your application, please provide all the following:
A completed application form (either online or by post)
Membership fee (for current prices click here): Cheque/postal order made payable to 'HOLME PIT ACTION GROUP' (Please write your name on the back and send your application to the address below) or you can pay using PAYPAL by using the link at the bottom on this page (make sure you complete the application form below before paying).
Paying by credit / debit card: You do not need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal - you can use a credit/debit card by clicking on the 'check out - pay without a PayPal account' button on the PayPal check out page. Click the PayPal check out link at the bottom of the membership application form below - don't forget, you still need to complete and submit your membership application form and photo(s) or post to the address below.
1 passport photo. Please write your name on the back - or you can upload your photo using the "Upload Photo File" at the bottom of the online form or email your photo to email@example.com - for postal applications, please send your photo with your application form to the address below
A self addressed envelope with a stamp - or you can pay an extra £1.50 using the PayPal (link at the bottom of this page) and we will provide this for you
Your Membership Book will be posted to the address on your application form no later than 7 days from receiving your application and payment (as long as we have all the information). Please send postal applications to:

Before you go to the PayPal page, please click the submit button at the bottom of the membership application form above. When you click the submit button make sure you see 'Thank you. Your information has been submitted' if you do not see this your information has not been sent to us and we cannot process your application.
