Trent Valley Angling (TVA) is managed by the Holme Pit Action Group. We are a "not for profit" group of local volunteers with a passion for angling, wildlife and the Trent Valley. We offer membership to fish at Clifton and Barton in Fabis, South Nottinghamshire. Our core aim is to respect the environment and the land we fish on and to promote good fishing practice. We are a member of the Angling Trust (www.anglingtrust.net) and The Conservation Volunteers (www.tcv.org.uk).
Members only. Night fishing is allowed on all TVA waters - sorry no day tickets. Parking available behind the majority of pegs. Membership runs for 12 months and you can apply for membership at any time of the year. Before applying, please read the membership fishing rules and conditions of membership.
You will need codes for the combination locks on the gates. When you receive your Membership Book, please call or text John on 07976 794880 for gate codes.
Everyone is welcome to attend our work parties and events - from teaching juniors how to fish, litter picking, improving access and fishing pegs, grass cutting, repairing fences and steps to making hot drinks, there is always something to do for all ages and abilities. So why not come along and get involved and tell us what you think and any ideas to improve the Trent Valley and angling experience.
